Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a safe and comfortable method that uses deep relaxation to help you access your inner resources to make lasting changes. It works by guiding you into a calm, trance-like state, similar to daydreaming, where your subconscious mind is more open to positive suggestion and insight.

Hypnotherapy can help you with the following:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Phobias and fears

  • Low confidence or self-esteem

  • Sleep problems

  • Habits (e.g. nail biting, smoking)

  • Weight management (including hypno-gastric band)

  • Exam or performance nerves
