Therapy
Therapy with young people (13 - 18 years) bridges the gap between childhood and adulthood and can vary greatly between clients as a result.
I offer a respectful, down-to-earth space where teens can explore their feelings, identity, and pressures in their own way, whether through talking, creative therapy and play. Most importantly, sessions are collaborative and led by what matters most to them.
