My Approach
I support people experiencing a range of concerns, drawing on therapeutic approaches including psychodynamic, person-centred, behavioural, and mindfulness. Support is always shaped around your individual needs, goals, and preferences and sessions can be short- or long-term, depending on what suits you best.
I offer an affirming space where LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people are met with understanding, not explanation. Your identity, experience, and way of being are respected and central to how we work together.
When working with children and adolescents, I use a child-centred approach, integrating creative methods such as art and play therapy with behavioural, narrative, and solution-focused techniques. Each session is shaped by the child’s individual pace, needs, and stage of development
I am a trained hypnotherapist, offering a gentle yet effective way to access the subconscious mind, helping to bring about positive changes in habits, behaviours, and deeply-held beliefs.
As well as my private practice, I am a school counsellor, and a counsellor for a charity supporting victims of domestic abuse.
